Tweetsville crashes and does not update tweets / Refund request

I purchased Tweetsville on 6/27/09. For four days, I have been disappointed in its inability to perform the essential task of retrieving tweets. Today, July 1, Tweetsville crashes on launch. I would like to know the process of receiving a refund.

celendis marked one of ed's replies in Tapulous as useful. ed replied to the question "how do I apply for an account for tap tap?".

A comment on the question "How do I recover my account?" in Tapulous:

I think my account doesn't have an email attached; I typed all of my email addresses in the 'register new device' website, and got nothing. Additionally, my attempt to log out of a device using "http://pub.tapulous.com/user/manage.php" returned no email to my accounts. – celendis, on June 29, 2009 23:27
