Hi.

The trips tab doesn't contain past trips at the moment, but it will do shortly - we've designed how it will work and are planning on implementing it soon.

In the meantime, you can see past trips in your Journal tab (use the calendar to navigate to past dates) or you can browse them via the Carbon tab.

It sounds like you found the Dopplr 100 page and associated your account there. The Dopplr 100 is a bit different to our new groups feature; it was a way for people to be invited to Dopplr before we opened to the public.

Having said that, we can create a Samsung group for you. To do that, we need a 128x128 pixel logo for Samsung, plus the name of any other email domains from which people can join the group (e.g. samsung.org). Email that to me at cr at the site I work for and we can take it from there.

We've delayed the work on one-way trips a bit, mostly because to do them properly requires substantial changes to the way Dopplr works. We want to do this feature properly, so it has been pushed back a bit. (I know this is frustrating - it's one of those things that sound simple but have quite deep technical implications). Rest assured that we do know that people want it and are asking for it, and plan to do it in the new year.

In the meantime, I'd suggest setting your home town to your new location when you move, and then all your new trips will reflect the new starting point.

In answer to your first question - we say 'them' because there is often more than one person in the list.

As to the rest of the question - it sounds like maybe you're not seeing the page as it should be (for example, there is a large box for adding your personal message on the right hand side). Would you mind taking a screenshot of the page you're seeing (the 'send them an email' page)? That will help us to diagnose the problem.

Thanks for your note. As the Dopplr x Monocle event was our very first one - and we'll be holding more Dopplr events in other cities - we wanted to tell more people on Dopplr about it.

In the future we'll send invitiations to a more targeted group e.g. for an event in Helsinki we might invite the people that live in Helsinki, are in Helsinki on the given day, as well as frequent visitors to Helsinki.

Unfortunately we don't have plans to synch with Entourage at the moment. Perhaps you could see if Entourage exports to other formats e.g. a web-based calendar, which we could then import trips from?

Hi Phae - Tom answered your points 2-5 but I wanted to answer your first one, too! The answer is that Dopplr is at the moment built around trips that start from and return to the same place. However, over the next few months we'll be working on ways to make trips more flexible, and part of this will mean we have good ways of handling moving house. Stay tuned :)

It sounds like you're trying to edit a multi-stop trip - and the problem is that at the moment we only have very basic multi-stop editing. We know it's limited and will be introducing proper editing soon, so that you can do things like add stops to trips you've already created.
