It says that this was implemented, but I just built a classic messenger and it did not come with compression straps. Is there anyway I can send my bag in to have some sewn in? I've had my bag less than a month and love it, but as a medium it is a bit bulky when there is not much in it.

You could even get a regular dog harness.The only thing is that if there is a lot of weight the harness may rub against your dogs skin. But you could sew padding under the harness, and sew a bag or pouch to each side of that top strap that goes along the dog's back.

Sew my own compression straps

Is there a way for me to sew on my own compression straps without ruining the integrity of the waterproof lining? Or since they will be on the bottom and I don't plan on putting my bag in a puddle of water maybe it won't really matter?
