One request: Can you provide the option to automatically log in via a get-command (ie ..timer.com/days/?u=username&pw=md5password, or an "mobile key" you can generate in the settings)? Since I use passwords with special chars it is difficult for me to log in all the time. I would love to set a bookmark (as an icon), so I can automatically log in and use the web interface like a real app..
Thank you,

A comment on the problem "Malfunction - bubbling for a range of time" in Snooty Monkey:
I've tried but I cannot recreate the problem on purpose.
Still Mac OS X 10.5.6 with Firefox 3 ;) – cephyr, on December 30, 2008 18:00

Did not know that- works and fits my needs :)
Btw: The problem appeared again. I filled out one bubble, switched to another tab, switched back, bubbled another bubble of the same activity, and it behaved as if I had been holding shift..
Thank you. – cephyr, on December 30, 2008 17:46

Great work, thank you!
Btw: "You can Know set.." I thought stuff like this would just happen to foreign speakers :D – cephyr, on December 30, 2008 06:47

Malfunction - bubbling for a range of timeHuh. Don't know if you understand what I wrote in the topic but here is what happened:
I clicked on one bubble to fill out just one (without holding shift). BubbleTimer acted as if I had been holding shift and filled out bubbles for several hours and overwrote all activities of the day :(
So PLEASE check if you can find the problem (I don't like to rethink a whole day) :(
Another helpful option would be an "undo"-button.
I am using Firefox 3 on Mac OS X 10.5.6.
Kind regards,
cephyr

Yes, I need that, too..
Since I travel a lot and want to track that, Nearly half of my pie chart is "travelling". While I travel I do several other stuff - I study, for example. The graph looks like nearly half of my time is spent useless because I'm travelling.
You could also autmatically make new entries in the chart for overlapping activities (e.g. "travelling & learning"), but that could easily make the graph unreadable.
Tags/Categories are the right way I think..

cephyr replied on December 12, 2008 16:10 to the question "How do *you* use Bubble Timer?" in Snooty Monkey:
I use BubbleTimer for several reasons.
The most importand first: A few weeks ago I was asked about my main goals. Since I am GTD-addicted it was completely aware of what my goals are. Then I asked myself how much time I invest every day to achieve these goals.. and to my surprise I HAD NO CLUE! I really did not know.
So I started searching for a nice, clean solution to track the time I spend every day. And I'm really impressed by how I actually use and waste time..
As a reaction to the results, I am now using BubbleTimer to motivate myself to spend more time on productive stuff and less time on surfing, doing nothing, watching tv.
It also helps me to get a complete picture of the time I have for doing non-scheduled stuff.
Btw I use BubbleTimer in Firefox (opens with Quicksilver via Apple+B) and can't wait to track my time via iPhone.
