ymail contacts not showing...and if I have more than one IM for a person it shows up as two people...how can you just make it show as one person and then have the icons next to then as to what they are logged into?

If you convert them both to contacts you will be able to see both names for that company under the accounts tab...as long as they are listed as the exact same company

I bought a canon pixma mx300 with my macbook pro and time capsule...I can access the printer through the time capsule via bonjour but none of the scan or fax features...please help! I want to be able to send faxes and scan via my wi fi network

When generating a report that has the field "next step" in it the report will pull ever entry you have ever added in there. Meaning that instead of showing what is currently in that field it show all the entries over time. This is a bug..the report should only show the current next step and not pull the old data....see attached screen shot that show the same "next step" over and over again b/c the potential was modified. Only the most recent modification should be pulled.

The mail notifier will not customize even when I use the suggested text to show the account sender and subject...please help...all it shows is which email account and how many emails

Yahoo contact do not show as online to chat with in adium, but there are there when I log into my ymail and yahoo mail...what gives!!!!! I use adium exclusively and need this fixed.

Thank you SOOOO much for fixing the disappearing next buttons...one more needed fix..please make it so that it does not automatically scroll to the bottom of the page...b/c then you have to scroll back up to access those buttons or see the name.

I guess while I am on a role...how about a way to mass update notes in leads? If I change a whole company to lost lead, then it would be nice to be able to add a not to all those leads as well to explain why.

I am interested in the CRM as well as the ZOHO Business. I use the CRM and was excited when the next, previous tabs were added in leads but they disappear after you add a note. I guess I am wondering when that will be fixed and when new features will be added...a duplicate leads report would be very helpful as well.

Yahoo contacts showing online when logged into ymail account, but not in adium. I tried to shut down my browser and just log into adium and the contacts for ymail (yahoo) do not show up even when I know they are online. I tried to reset my preferences (via troubleshooting example), tried a new ymail account, nothing has worked to show those contacts online in adium.

I am running adium ver. 1.3.1 on Mac Leopard .
