Custom chapter reorder and bolding

Hi, i just ordered my guide. i would like to reorder my custom chapters and is html coding within them (so i can bold, etc.) now working? and how late can i change my book and rebuild before it gets printed, as i'm waiting for some information to come in.

one more issue, i would love to be able to add photos to the custom chapters. is that possible? and if so, how do i do that?
