the phone crashed i tried to revive it with phone tools but the crashes got successively worse now overpriced paper weight and i cant get an rma from coustmer service their system is being up graded for four days now????? that is so much bs

I have the software for doing all the backups and everything until i updated the software there was a keypad like the phone i could control all the functions from my computer after going thru several screens it would start working then i did something stupid i let the software update now it does not even access the phone to back it up.

I have a krazer k1 (second one the firs they said was wet bs) second has frozen same as the first less than 6 months new excuse
