Hi Brandon, My mom is 99yr old. I talked to her medicare rep and they'll be sending her a bed to use for the rest of the time she's here. Thanks for all your help!!-

It's not your fault and I thank you for the direction. I did a little research on Craftmatic after the phone conversation with them. The company has loads of complaints on.....about everything. It's just another way to bilge the elderly. I've invested in a hospital bed for mom and giving this junk to the Salvation Army -

8/7/2009. What a rip-off by these people! I called the number and got Adjustable Beds. Craftmatic is out of biz. and they want a $150.00 plus tax and handling for a simple featured remote. The bed has a serious problem on closing up at both ends at any given time without notice. I asked a question this and got a frank... almost rude reply.... " A service charge is $150.00 plus parts and $100.00 per hour labor." I hung up and will trash this one for a certified hospital bed for my mom. So much for this rip-off company.
