I keep getting stuck in a loop trying to add Ping.FM to my facebook personal profile and pages. They are added but Ping.Fm keeps telling me i need to add them.

If you are running a WordPress installation, DO NOT USE MediaTemple! They are slow and blame performance on the customer. I spent 3 months trying to work this issue out and finally got fed up yesterday.

Now I use webfaction. They are lighting fast! Pingdom.com averages about 3-7 second load times with WebFaction as opposed to 16-24 seconds with MediaTemple

Running a WordPress install with Widget Cache plugin and SuperCache plugin? Still notice no increase in the speed of your site? Don't worry, it's not ur site's fault. It's MediaTemple's database servers' fault. Clusters are always going down. Check out their System Status Page and see what clusters have gone down in the past 24 hours.

Yea Grid Accounts are slow and perform well under industry standard benchmarks

Poor database access speeds, poor customer service. Don't sign up for an account with this outfit. Just do a search on Google for "MediaTemple slow" and you'll get over 100,000 results from people who have been so frustrated and so poorly under serviced by this company that they felt it necessary to share their story too. Terrible.

DirecTV should be monitoring this site.

Maybe direcTV should have someone manning this site part time to take care of their customers issues. I know that Comcast codes this with Twitter. I am not sure if they take care of this site too though.
