How to move a file into a folder?

This may sound like a stupid question, but I really can't intuitively figure out how to move a file into a newly created folder.

I guess what you mean is not spambots but rather 'human spammers' since there is captcha now to filter out automated bots. Probably you could do some web mail integration like this:

It sort of happens everyday. When it happens, I would have to go to the main site, login, select the project, and go to the project page, which is kind of troublesome.
