A comment on the discussion "Account Deleted/banned with no reasoning" in Twitter:

Jason you didn't really answer Connie's question. Knowing the guidelines in which the human review is utilized would make more of us feel comfortable. I'm not going to be a pest here, but it is upsetting to imagine losing an account completely.

@tibbon never spammed anyone and didn't follow thousands of people. I'd really like to know how this happened. So now we get to worry about our account being deleted on top of people we block having the ability to DM us? Come on Twitter!
