Photo book credit not appliedI had the Photo book credit on my account, but it's not there anymore. Can I have it put back on my account?

Photobook- no promo discount applied at checkoutI followed the link through oprah.com on Thursday to make my free photo book. I completed the book yesterday and today, I tried to checkout, but the code has not been applied. I am being charged the normal price for the book. I cannot find the live chat option nor can I find a phone number on the entire site. Has the number been taken down lately? I had to do a search on Google for the customer service number which is not helpful right now since the office is closed. How can I get the free photo book offer applied to my order?

I am unable to contact Snapfish as well. The credit is not showing up on my account. This is really frustrating. There is also NO live chat feature on the site and there is NO contact information (toll-free number) either! I had to do a Google search for the number (and I came to this site for the number). The office is closed so that is no help. The only thing that they have is an e-mail option, which I know won't be answered until at least Monday. This is really annoying. It is amazing how they take away support options during prime promotional moments.

How do I change the date/time of my messages?The messages I send to treasuremytext have the wrong date/time assigned to them. Is there any way the actual date/time of the text message on my phone can be shown on the text on this website? Or is there a way to change the date and time in my settings. (I believe the time zone that the website is under is not the same one as mine.)
