Hey there, I had the same problem last night with my tom tom 910. I dont know which one you have but I went to tomtom.com, I was told to reset it and that is what I did. I didnt lose any data. It's working fine, for now. so check out this link http://www.tomtom.com/support/solutio... Just be sure that you are looking at reset options for your particular device.
