Chinarut shared an idea in Get Satisfaction on October 24, 2009 04:33:
link ideas/issues to a list of projectsI would love to be able to define a simple list of projects and link my ideas/issues to each of them. it would be great to see the outstanding issues related to a particular project as well as the number of projects a particular issue currently impacts.
Ultimately, a full integration to a GTD system would really rock :)

to make a clarification, I would like aliases to be treated 2 ways:
1. as is. example application would be to have a folder full of aliases to large media files on my mac. while it may not have as much utility on a different computer - I would be really happy this folder got instantly backed up!
2. to reference folders/files to be backed up. I personally wouldn't use this but I have a feeling this is what Fredrik and some others are looking for!-

A comment on the idea "how about a web-based Omnifocus app?" in The Omni Group:
while I love your support forum - one of the great things about Get Satisfaction is the cross-product, cross-company support in one place and more importantly to OmniFocus - its ability to let us categorize, set the mood, and cast our votes in an organized way for you to see what floats up top from a customer-perspective! – Chinarut, on September 29, 2009 02:27-

Chinarut asked a question in The Omni Group on September 29, 2009 02:19:
request to tag projectsas a workaround, I've been using folders to group different sets of projects (work, personal, etc).
at the end of the day, a particular project may be both a work *and* personal (thus may even be on the critical path!)
could you please implement some kind of tagging mechanism?
I really feel the philosophy of OmniFocus is to be a flexible tool to implement any methodology you want (not just GTD) so I could see someone implementing Covey's 7 Habits and perhaps tagging projects "by role"
so as you can see - tags can be a very fundamental building block (much like you see everywhere else on the Internet!) and used very flexibly!
looking forward to it :)

request desktop to publish Due Soon calendarHi! I really love how the iPhone publishes due items to iCal - it's been *super* useful and a god send in my dept!
now I imagine most of use the desktop client to set due dates the majority of the time.
a gentle nudge to have the desktop client update the Due Soon calendar as well.
thanks!
