I can't get Counterspy Enterprise to update after being installed XP SP3. It shows a "Current definitions version: 0". The history shows "Download of threat definitions failed due to internet connection problems." There are no internet connections problems, everything else works perfectly. I've tried uninstalling, running CS&VClean for CSE3, running CCleaner, manually deleting the folder out of program files, then reinstalling. I've done this multiple times on two toshiba tablets and one dell laptop, they all have the same problem. I have to roll back the SP3 update in order for them to install. Just recently I've been getting a "Server Busy" error as well on one of the Toshiba tablets.
