I found glass in my in-flight meal and customer services don't seem to care. It was small but they should find out how it got in there.

Broadband speeds in Hackney grind to a halt on evenings and weekends.

My internet at home grinds to a halt at 6pm during the week due to poor contention ratio. It makes the internet unusable. It takes over 3 hours to download a half hour program off iPlayer.
