I already submitted one story from my blog now I must submit a second one and it must be from alternative source. Should this source be other fellow blogger or Japansoc affiliated website or it really doesn't matter as far as it is about Japan and it is interesting?

I submitted a story from my blog with title "Deep in Nagata" but it never appeared.
Did I do something wrong during the submission process or it was simply rejected (because of not meeting certain standards)?
