Waiting until the "Ruby zen master" is hired before rolling out this four hour feature? Or is it that your company is too "fun (and) dynamic"? Perhaps a re-locate from South Park to Alcatraz is in order to avoid "music, art galleries, restaurants, apartments, night life, and the best French food in the city" and other disctractions?

Strangely enough I can login, but when I go to the dashboard it reports:
"This account has been closed... Was this your account? Do you want it back? "
I click on the "Do you want it back?" link and am asked for my email. I enter my email and click send the email. The system informs me that I've been sent a message. I'm not sent a message. If I enter an unrelated email address, the system reports:
"I'm sorry, but an unexpected error occurred: ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound:"

How do I re-enable a closed account?I tried to use your apparent means for re-enabling a closed account, but I never receive an email with the required link.
How can this be remedied?

Surely in the last 9 months your company has spent more than 7 hours dealing with this subject. The 10 responses here must have taken at least 1 to 2 hours to write and spell check. Add in any time used to discuss the topic internally in the hall or in real meetings before and after the entries are created. Toss in any time on emails communicating about the topic with anyone. Over 9 months you rapidly approach the (generous) 7 hours I estimated. Can a tiny team really afford that? I have a little time this afternoon, would you like me to implement the feature? – Chris, on October 14, 2009 12:52

I sent my user name to spotify and referenced this thread and your name (Andres Sehr). I'll post back if I get either invites or a response from Spotify. – Chris, on September 11, 2009 22:28

by the way, the text at https://www.spotify.com/en/account/sh... is misleading:
"You can invite friends to Spotify Free if they live in Sweden, Norway, Finland, the UK, France or Spain."
I have friends in sweden and spain, but can't invite them to Spotify Free. I can't invite them because I don't get invites.
