A comment on the problem "Can't get a password request to work on the new taptaprevenge.com website!" in Tapulous:

1: I've tried this form from day to day and it hasn't been working still
2: I just want to be 100% sure that I won't get charged for them, because if I do then I will never get my money back due to Tapulous's lack of support (no offense, just the truth. there would be no way to contact you)
3: I wouldn't mind having to wait 2 weeks for a response because at least I know for a fact that i'll get a response and the support I need unlike here where you may never get any support.

I have the same problem! But my is that I got a new iPod Touch and after syncing the new one with my apps, songs, etc. tap tap revenge 3 showed up with EVERY SONG WITH A TRACK READ ERROR, so I had to delete everything and now can't get "Sugar We're Going Down" back because I can't find it!!! They were bought with credits that Tapulous gave us, so I can't just buy them without being charged. I never ever clicked the "Buy" button for those songs, I clicked the "Use Credit" button. So I need them to send me my credits back, employee please HELP!!!!!!!

I went to the new website: taptaprevenge.com and I can't get the stupid password request to work. It will pop up the box where you type in your username, but you can click submit as much as you want and it does nothing at all. So I can't use the features of the website because of this, HELP!!!!

ALSO!!!!!! I need to have an emnployee get me my 2 credits for two free 2-song track packs back! I used both credits that I got from you guys and the songs showed up with a "Track Read Error", so I tried deleting them and now I can't re download them without paying for them!!!! There not considered "purchased tracks" so I can't get them back through the options menu. I'm guessing what you will need to do is just give me 2 credits back again, because I can't get those 2 track packs back. PLEASE HELP!!!

Suggestion: You guys need an actual contact form of some kind where we can email you and be guarenteed a response. Things like this need to be reported and we don't always get help on "Get Satisfaction" here. This wesbite isn't really a reliable way to get support from the employees.

**You guys do a GREAT job, so don't get me wrong......but there aren't enough of you to help everyone who needs it, so therefore some get left out with no help and a bad taste for Tap Tap Revenge and Tapulous. Please consider!

Yes, it is your "OTHER SCENARIO". I don't think I can just delete them and re-download them since they were from the credits we got from Tapulous as a gift. So I really need Ed or some employee to please take a look at this. Thanks!

I can re-download most of them since they were free. I have not bought any songs so the "restore purchased tracks" thing doesn't work for this. BUT, I did use my 2 credits I got for 2 free 2 song track packs. I can't get those back without paying if I delete them. So how do I get my tracks that I got with credit back after deleting because of a track read error? I haven't deleted them yet, so I can prove I had them still. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Problems/Questions About Getting the FREE 2 Song Track Pack?!?!

This isn't so much a problem as it is a question...but I wanted it to be in the problems list because people look at them more :). I saw on Facebook the thing were we can get a free 2 song track pack, so I sent in my screenshot and receipt to the email they told us. I know you guys may think it's pointless since we have Get Satisfaction here for Facebook. I am quite mad at the lack of support and customer service that Facebook supplies. So I have created a brand new forum just for Facebook. This is simply a way for the best community memebrs to become moderators and help other people out.
