On Demand does not workSeveral years ago Comcast added On Demand in my area. I have never been able to get the channel to work. I only have previews running on Channel 1, but no menu. I called Comcast and they reset my box several times, had me unplug it, check connections, etc. I had had the digital box for 6 years so I thought maybe it was the box. I brought the box to Comcast where they actually laughed at me and how old my box was and commented that On Demand has been available for years...well aware of that, which is why I'm trying to get it fixed. ....Thanks for the insult Comcast, I like being laughed at. Maybe Comcast should have told me I needed to update my box, right?? I bring the box home, get it all hooked back up and, you guessed it, still no On Demand. I called Comcast again and went through the same thing, unplug, reset box, and nothing. Anyone have this issue and was able to have it resolved?
