Jennifer,

Yes, it is pulling your replies, but not your direct messages.

Direct messages are always private and we can't even grab them through the API (at least, we're not supposed to be able to).

Replies are always public and, at present, if you enable the Twitter feed in your account, P4A grabs the most recent public tweet and puts it in that space.

I think we have this solved now. I cleared my cache and restarted my browser and it started catching my updates again. Let me know if you continue to have problems and we'll get it sorted out for you.

I think we have this resolved for you...and shouldn't occur moving forward. Sorry the app's been giving you problems but I appreciate your bringing them to our attention. This issue should also be fixed for everyone as we move forward, but if you experience it again, as always, let us know and we'll address it.

Cool...we're working on some things related to that to be sure it's fixed right, so you might experience a little flaky behavior there in the next few mins. We should have it wrapped up shortly though. If you still have problems throughout the day, please let me know and we'll take care of it.

Thanks again for the suggestion. We're planning on adding the date of introduction as soon as possible, and will let you know when we have.

Adding the date of the last major action on that particular page is a little more complicated technically, so we're going to pass on that one for now but revisit it again in the near future.

However, we're going to be implementing some enhancements to the Recent Activity feed on your MyP4A page very soon, and you will receive updates in the feed anytime a bill you are following receives new activity or action (that we track).

At present, there is no way to import or republish external blog posts or articles directly into your P4A blog. We have, however, been considering and discussing such a feature for a while now, and we'll be sure to let you know if it gets implemented in 2009. And if you have any friends or fellow bloggers who would be interested in such a feature, we'd love to hear from them as well.

While we're working on integrating Canadian info, we don't have postal, political, or legislative data for Canada integrated into Politics4All...yet.

I can't guarantee exactly when some or all of it will be there, but I'd check back often in January ;-)

Politics4All officially launched in September at the TechCrunch50 conference in San Francisco, so we've just hit the two-month mark.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Campaign representatives or the candidates themselves have to create their own accounts since they control the information and content within them. If you know candidates or campaign representatives who would be interested in doing some social campaigning online, by all means point them in our direction.

Same thing, actually, applies to Groups. People from within those organizations have to choose to create a presence on site.
