A comment on the idea "Show all .extensions" in Domainr:
Okay awesome, sounds great :)
Could you maybe also do something where people can type words and see common web 2.0 style suffixes that work with domain hacks on the end of them? – Chris B, on November 13, 2009 20:22

Sorry I am just referring to the google define used when you type
define:(word)
into google search.
e.g.

Yep, but it doesn't involve an actual transfer from us to them. However I'm sure they could create some fantastic targeted marketing with all the data they have access to. – Chris B, on November 05, 2009 10:02

Tequilaa ftw. Don't forget, we don't pay for xmarks, and this solution can be fixed by reinstalling Firefox or whatever – Chris B, on November 04, 2009 20:36

Got this error also:
I received this error upon shutdown of Firefox 3.5.3.
I had noticed that it was taking a while to shutdown, Firefox was no longer visible but the process was still running with .5gb of ram.

Ah thanks heaps haha I really thought I had tried ctrl-click... :P
But yet middle click still doesn't work.
Another idea, could you add the feature to ctrl-click or middle click, on the little blue site info icon in the url bar that would perform the same action as pressing get site info once you had opened the site info thing?
Cheers, and thanks for the prompt reply, fantastic to see working customer support
would you be able to look at this too:

SearchTabs unnecessary bar on Google Define pagesXmarks SearchTabs doesn't integrate well with google define, if you use it there is an extra an unnecessary bar.
Could this either be removed, or changed to support TabSearch?

Xmarks Addon 'Get Site Info' linkability issues.I absolutely love the similar sites and site categories feature, I use it all the time now, but could you fix it so that you can open those links by ctrl-clicking, or middle clicking? I don't like to have to duplicate the current tab just to open the xmarks page :(
But yeh, its an awesome feature. You guys should find a way to work with delicous and make it even better :)
to confirm: I am referring to the Get Site Info icon that appears in the Firefox address bar.
I am using the newest version of xmarks on ff 3.5.3
Chris B asked a question in Mint.com on November 02, 2009 02:32:
When will Mint work in Australia?Title says it all really.
I know some things work, but others don't.
Also, the iPhone app is not available in the Aus iTunes store.

Awesome Idea: for open/save dialog boxes (win8?)I think that when you have an open/save dialog box pop up, or something similar, you should be able to have a quick access to folders that are already open in explorer. E.g. if you have open D:\buried\way\too\deep\in\hell, then you save a picture from Internet Explorer, you should be able to get to D:\buried\way\too\deep\in\hell within 2 or so clicks.
I have seen this implemented in TeraCopy, which is a file copying program, as you can see in the attached image, it lists the open folders in a drop down menu.
This would save me a hell of a lot of time!!!!!!!!!
and another similar thing, if you open/save a file and you have navigated to a directory, you should be able to click something in the open/save box to open that directory in explorer if it is not already open.

Show all .extensionsallow people to write in the name for their domain, then if a checkbox is ticked it shows this name with every extension (not with domain hacks, just with the domains added onto the end, so you can see how it looks with the domains.)
