Can I ask which version of Silverback you are using? Also what output setting are you using?
We had issues with syncing with old versions of Silverback but have been putting in place some changes in the most recent update which seems to have fixed the issue for other users.
Sorry you're having this problem, we'll do all we can to find a solution for you as soon as possible.
Also would you be able to send me a system profile to chris@clearleft.com.

Can I ask how long have you been using Silverback? Has it ever worked? If so when did the problem occur?
Would you be able to send me a system profile so we can look into this error. You can get this via the apple system profiler and send to to chris@clearleft.com.
Hopefully we will get to the bottom of this soon. I will keep you posted.

We are working to resolve this. If you require an older version in the mean time drop me an e-mail chris@clearleft.com and I will make this available to you.

We have isolated the bug and are in the process of fixing it. The updated version will be released shortly. Thank you for your patience.
You can still export the audio along with the iSight recording. If you need an older version drop me an e-mail chris@clearleft.com and I will make this available to you while we are waiting for the update.
