Why can't I send tweets from anywhere?!?!?!?!

Is anybody else having problems sending tweets tonight? I've tried using TweetDeck, Ubertwitter and the web, and I can't send anything.

Also, I can't find how to submit a problem to Twitter. To me, it's always hard to find, but I can't find it at all tonight!

I'm trying to change the font for our lyric cues to an open type font. Does Media Shout version 3.5 not allow for open type fonts to be used? Thanks!
