Just a slight correction To Adam's response: "to safely remove your memory stick, go to 'My Computer' click on your removable device, under 'System Tasks' on the left hand side click 'Eject this Disk' - this should safely remove your removable device." - the system tasks are on the left hand side.

I've also asked our network administrator if he can add the clock back to the system tray. Thanks for letting us know how we can improve things.

Include a feedback tab on every page of the school website. I wish I could call the tab something different.

Include a problem page for students in the school newsletter

A student in year 10 suggested that we have a problem page in the school newsletter, answered by other students. Who else thinks that's a good idea?

Why would a school have a customer service page on a website like Get Satisfaction? What do you have in common with Adobe, Apple and the BBC?
