Just a slight correction To Adam's response: "to safely remove your memory stick, go to 'My Computer' click on your removable device, under 'System Tasks' on the left hand side click 'Eject this Disk' - this should safely remove your removable device." - the system tasks are on the left hand side.
I've also asked our network administrator if he can add the clock back to the system tray. Thanks for letting us know how we can improve things.-
