Its a great suggestion, and one we've definitely discussed for future releases. Unfortunately, that's all I can say about it right now. :/

Because iList is a brand-spankin'-new service, we're obviously not going to have a ton of listings just yet. What iList *is* great for right now is telling your friends about your listings, and allowing them to easily spread the word.

As for marketing... same story. If you and your friends are out there spreading the word about your listings, you're also spreading the word about iList.

I would suggest posting your resume to the relevant industry category, and demoting "Resume:" in your title.
