Chris Fullman reported a problem in Twitter on September 07, 2009 16:11:
Using AIR clients or iPhone clients result in SSL and other errorsI'm having lots of trouble recently with my AIR client (DestroyTwitter [Hi Jonnie!]) and multiple iPhone clients: Tweetie, Twittelator Pro and Tweet Deck, that weren't existent more than 2 weeks ago.
Basically, upon starting up the applications, I'll either get a username/password error, where pressing submit without changing the pre-populated fields logs me in, or it'll time out and give me an error about the SSL or HTTPS connection (depending on the app's verbiage).
Often, when logging into DestroyTwitter, I'll get the home stream, but trying to access anything else fails. On the iPhone apps, just about 8/10 requests result in the SSL/HTTPS error.
Now, this has been happening over the past 2 weeks, but grew from a sporadic occurrence to a consistent occurrence now, practically rendering my clients unusable.
Using Twitter.com or its mobile version or sending SMS updates are about the only things I can do now.
I'll note that I haven't updated DestroyTwitter in over 2 weeks, Tweetie hasn't seen an update in quite some time, TweetDeck either, and downloaded Twittelator Pro to see if it'd work around these issues a few days ago, and nothing works. It's like they just stopped working by themselves.
I've tried removing and adding my account to these clients as explained in this thread but that hasn't fixed anything, sometimes not even being able to add it during the initial user check: Tweetie dies with 'Please check your username and password and tried again. timed out"
Any ideas?

Resize "Wider Workspace" Width + DockingI'd love to have the ability to resize the width of the wider workspace to any width, and dock it as well (on Windows). Also, <3
