    Love for Verizon Wireless!!
    Everything about Verizon makes me happy. I started off in 1996 with Airtouch Cellular, which eventually became Verizon Wireless. I've been with them ever since and couldn't be happier. Great service, wonderful techs, complete support with any problem. They do tend to be pricier than some other options but the old saying is true - you get what you pay for.

    Why does my DVR record just part of a show?
    I haven't had the most awesome experience with Time Warner, so I've decided to skip asking Customer Service. My problem started just within a few days...I DVR a bunch of shows and the majority are fine for viewing later. A handful of them are, for no reason I can figure out, only half-recorded. Or a quarter of the way. Or only the first 5 minutes of a show. Anyone run into this, and find any solution? I'm sure if I call TW, I'll just end up waiting a week for a tech who will switch out the box and take up a bunch of my time. Any informal help would be much appreciated!
