Postbox looks fine to me but I'm much more interested now in trying it because of the option you pointed out (thanks again for the answer!). In other words, I wasn't wiling to risk the possibility of having years of my email stuck in a mail client that I might not want to use in the long term.

After trying Postbox for a while, I'm unsure that I want to continue using it. How can the mail that Postbox imported from Thunderbird be migrated back to Thunderbird?

Every time I launch Hyperspaces, the number of Spaces goes down from 4 (2 rows, 2 columns) to 2 Spaces (2 columns). I had to delete all my Spaces (in the Spaces system prefs) in order to find my invisible windows.

This is odd. When Hyperspaces is running, my "a" key stops working. Key combinations like Command-A, Control-A, Shift-A, etc. work as expected.

No, Songbird currently has extremely limited AppleScript support.

Do you want to have a "currently playing" script? If you enable Growl logging, you'll be able to tail the log file and get the track information to your script.

If you don't have Growl, download it from http://growl.info and install it. Then go to http://groups.google.com/group/growld... and look for Growl-EnableDisableLogging.zip

My problem is that twhirl tries to open links in a text editor (TextMate) instead of my default browser (Firefox). Updating to AIR 1.1 didn't fix the problem.
