Alphalim,
I'm using the iPhone app. And correct, my here and now is only showing what is near me and today's tasks.
If your's showing 2 months in advance, then something seems wrong.
But, like Jessi said, if you have something set for a place and a time, if you are at that certain place, then it will show up becuase you are there no matter what the time is set.
Which goes according to the GTD.
Sometimes I'll need to do something at a certain location, but it's not due for another month. So I set my time for a month in advance, but everytime i am at that location it will show up. Which helps me, becuase I might be able to take of that at the place now before the 1 month deadline.

I hate to be the boo man here, but I like my here and now to show me the tasks for the day.
I'm assuming when you say "future' you mean the days advents, since my here and now, only goes as far ahead as things that are timed for sometime during the current day.
Mine here and now does not show anything for tomorrow or later.

ReQall still have the dialy memory jogger, if that is what you mean. You can set the time when you would like to recieve an email with your daily to-do's, meetings, what you've forgotten, and what you've added.
on your account on the website, under settings then notifications you can set at what time you would like to recieve your email with your daily tasks.

Jessi,
9 days ago here on this post, I said I was stopping this way of syncing and retrying the direct Outlook to reQall sync.
You said thanks and would let the team know. I thougth they wanted to pursue this becuase they thought it was a bug.
Unfortunetly I can not help in trying things, because I stopped using it in this way, since the sync with Outlook and Reqall has been fixed and now working fine.

WAIT, hold on, this is where I got the Iphone Calendar google sync instructions. NOT from that website. I actually got it here at Getsatisfaction. Below is the link and the copied instructions what I followed.

II) Syncing reQall items with iPhone Calendar via Google Calendar.
Syncing via CalDAV is only available for devices with version 3.0 firmware or above. You can check your current version by
going to Settings --> General --> About --> Version on your iPhone or iPod Touch device.
To sync reQall items with your device, follow these steps:
1. Open the "Settings" application on your device's home screen.
2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Tap on "Add Account..."
4. Tap on "Other".
5. Tap on "Add CalDAV Account".
6. Enter your account information:
* In the Server field, enter [ google.com ]
* In the Username field, enter your full Google Account email address.
* In the Password field, enter your Google Account password.
* In the Description field, enter the name you'd like to appear on the account(Ex:John).
7. Select Next at the top of your screen.
8. After you've completed setup, open the Calendar application and syncing will automatically begin.
9. Now, tap on the calendar "All John", you can view your reQall items with a associated date/time on iPhone Calendar. – Christine Bickenbach, on December 17, 2009 12:44

Hi Jessi,
sure let me see if I can remember.
I have had no problems (well so i thought) adding more than one exchange server onto the iPHone.
Even in the Calendar of the iPhone I was able then to see both calendars, the Google and the Outlook. I could either look at them together under all calendars or seperate.
I think these were the instructions I used to sync the Iphone Calendar with Google via the exchange server. How I did the Outlook to the Iphone, I noted above in my other post.
http://www.ideaexcursion.com/2009/06/...
it started out like this (maybe my think process will help).
I had reqall. Later saw that Reqall could sync with google Calendar. Which I set up. But, here I would have to look online at my calendar which I did not want to do. I wanted to see my google Calendar in my Iphone. So, I set up a sync with google to my iphone.
Later I found that Outlook could sync with Reqall. Which I tried, because I could then use my outlook at work without having to go to google or have the few hour delay, but remember, how it grabbed things like from 6 years ago so I stopped that approach. The only reason I was using Google was to get things into a calendar, preferably into Outlook and the Iphone calendar.
Anyways, I went back to reqall > google > iphone syncing.
In the meantime, I wanted my emails from work (outlook) to show up on my iphone, so I would not need to carry two phones with me. So, I set up the Outlook to Iphone exchange on the iphone.
Which was fine, but I had bits of info in a lot of places and I wanted to see everything in the Iphone cal. and in outlook. So, I needed to get things from Google (coming from Reqall) into Outlook, so I downloaded the litte program Google outlook sync, but set it to one way.
Things seemed to be reflecting back. IN the meantime the support team got the fix with Outlook > reqall sync fixed. So, I dared try that route again. Which I am currently using and it is working fine.
So to sum it up, the reason why I was going around so many corners was becuase the direct approach syncing between Outlook and Reqall was not really working.
I had to go around and around to get things to show up where I wanted them to.
I hope that helps.

Maybe I can help you.
You will need a pro Account to get push notifications. If you have this...
On the iPhone, do you have your push notifications set to push?
Go to settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Fetch new Data>Push has to be on.
If you want email notifications and / or text. Go to reqall.com log into your account, then go to settings and then to notifications. I think you can get email and / or text notifications with the regular account.
Hope this helped.
Christine Bickenbach asked a question in reQall on December 14, 2009 14:25:
Add locations linked to Places without need for GPSHi Team, I know this has been implemented, but a few users, including me, have a few questions.
In the original thread, Jessi just said it had been implemented now.
Is there anywhere where we could see a few examples on how to use this?
Which phones is this available for, if any?
I tried refreshing the older thread, but it wasn't getting any attention, so I thought I'd try with a new thread.

HI Jessi, sure no problem.
1) Google to Outlook: I downloaded a small program off the google website which allows me to syn between google and outlook. http://www.google.com/support/calenda...
This was set as a one way sync. So Google would sync to Outlook but not Outlook to Google
2) Oulook to Iphone Calendar sync: here I went to my iPhone setting under mail, calendar contacts and added a microsoft exchange account.
3) iphone calendar to Google. I followed the instructions on Googles website to creat an exchange account on my Iphone like I did with outlook to the iPHone. WEnt to settings, contacts, mail, calendar and added an exchange account.
4) reQall to Google. I used the direct sync on the reQall website.
I hope I got it all and didn't leave anything out.

I had Google to Outlook as a one way sync. From Google to Outlook. I know my outlook could sync to my iPhone calendar and that would sync back to Google, but how in the world it got back to reQall?? Maybe through the 2 way sync with Google?
Maybe the task would go from reQall to Google, then to Outlook, Outlook to iPhone cal, back to Google. Now that it made it's way around 20 corners Google did not see it as the same task anymore and thougt it needed to send it to Reqall. which now saw it as a seperate entry?
that would be my guess.
I've read that others have things sync'd over mutlple calendars, how they can do it and it works.. no clue. Why I can't...... no clue.

HI Jesse,
I think I found out what was going on.
I took away the sync between outlook and google calendar.
How things got back to reQall, I have no clue, but as soon as I took that sync away between Outlook and Google Calendar I stopped getting those double tasks in ReQall.
Just thought I'd let you know.
