Hi Dave,
This widget appears to no longer be active and the developer's site (http://www.daresoftware.com) also appears to no longer be functioning.
We have de-listed the widget and contacted the developer.
Thanks!
Christopher

Hi Kelly,
We've taken a look at your account and you are all set up with Widgetbox Pro and you should be able to take advantage of all the features listed here:
http://www.widgetbox.com/product/pro/
If you are having some issues could you elaborate on the problems and maybe we can help?
Thanks!

Christopher replied on May 01, 2009 12:29 to the update "Blidget Pro users have been upgraded to Widgetbox Pro" in Widgetbox:
Hi Noelle,
If you look at your history, you'll see that you purchased one monthly Blidget Pro on Feb 13th, and another on Feb14th.
After one month on March 15th, you were billed for both Blidget Pro subscriptions at the same time as they had both expired.
After one more month, on April 15th you were again billed for the two subscriptions. Which would expire in May.
Upon release of Widgetbox Pro you were upgraded to a monthly subscription of Widgetbox Pro. You will notice that instead of having one month of Widgetbox Pro, you have two months (you can see that your your next billing date is June).
Since you had two monthly Blidget Pro subscriptions, you now get two months of the new Widgetbox Pro. Thus instead of your monthly subscription going until May (1 month) for two Blidget Pro subscriptions, your monthly subscription goes to June (2 months) for one Widgetbox Pro subscription.
You will not be charged at your next billing for the two Blidget Pro subscriptions anymore. You will only be charged for your one Widgetbox Pro subscription a $3.99.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks!
Christopher replied on April 06, 2009 14:43 to the question "How to interpret New Installs data provided by Widgetbox.com" in Widgetbox:
Yep, that means all the installs were to the one domain listed. The pie chart on the left will show you the breakdown of domains as a percentage of total new installs to give you an idea of new installs on a domain relative to other domains. The table on the right will show you a simpler domain to new installs mapping so you can quickly see how many new installs there were for a given domain. You'll be able to see which domains your widget is popular on and how many new installs each domain has in a given date range. Hope that answers your question.
Thanks!
Christopher replied on March 18, 2009 17:26 to the problem "Receiving Error and Not Sure If It's Me :)" in Widgetbox:
Hi Lynn,
I'm saying that it is not happening. The redirect we are seeing is from the url with :80 to the exact same url without :80. This will end up in a circular redirect for our servers. I don't know what would cause it to give the "www" in your case and not in ours unless it is configuration that is somehow tied to location of the requester. When I go to (http://jacksonfitnessblog.com:80/) in my browser, I am redirected to (http://jacksonfitnessblog.com/), with no "www". For widget creation to be successful the redirect to (http://www.jacksonfitnessblog.com/) from (http://jacksonfitnessblog.com:80/) that you are seeing would have to happen all the time for all requesters, which does not appear to be the case. Again, your hosting provider should be able to answer these questions and hopefully provide some assistance.
Thanks!

Hi Lynn,
We've discussed it over here, and there's really nothing we can do about this. This really does seem to be an incorrect configuration in your webserver. Typically a redirect like this (from a url with :80 to a url without) would go to a somewhat different url, e.g., in your case http://jacksonfitnessblog.com:80/ should redirect you to http://www.jacksonfitnessblog.com/ or something along those lines. I would try talking to your hosting provider again. Sorry!
Thanks!

Hi Lynn,
There's something odd about how the webserver for your blog: http://jacksonfitnessblog.com/ is configured. Our servers try to access this blog (by default at http://jacksonfitnessblog.com:80/), your webserver is issuing a redirect (when accessed with the :80 port) back to the same url which is causing us to reject your feed (since your feed points to your blog), as this becomes a circular redirect. You can see this in a browser if you go to http://jacksonfitnessblog.com:80/ you are redirected to http://jacksonfitnessblog.com, which from a server's point of view is the same url since the :80 port is implied.
Unfortunately from our side there is not much we can do about this. If you can talk to the persons who host your blog and discuss with them the configuration of your webserver they should be able to quickly address the issue.
Thanks!

Christopher replied on February 25, 2009 14:34 to the question "Is there a way I can change a code that's only in JavaScript to Flash?" in Widgetbox:
Hi Catman,
Sorry, but the blidget is always Flash. Sometimes it is inserted via Javascript, sometimes via an embed tag and sometimes via an object tag. That's what the 3 different options you see in the 'Get Widget' do (change the way the Flash will be embedded on the page). Unfortunately, there is no magical conversion going on from Javascript to Flash or anything of that sort.
Hope that helps.
Thanks!
