I really like viper and we have had it for a few months now. in fact we have it on 2 of the computers here and only one started this problem the other one is still doing fine ??

thought maybe there was a problem with firewall on so i turned it off. now i can see SBAMSvc.exe in task manager and its using 99 again

uninstall and reinstalled now computer says i have no antivirus installed. tried to enable again and still nothing. no antivirus installed??? I can see the icon but I can not open it. Question when uninstalling it asked if i wanted to keep data files should I have said no? If I say no would I need a new registration code??

Vipre is using 99 of my cpu. Vipre start screen will start but tell me all resources are being used. hit switch and it pulls up the start menu. hit retry and nothing.

running xp
