I'm in the exact same situation, I cleared all the checkmarks already and was wondering how long it takes for the limitation to be lifted?
Its sad cause the money already went through with my bank account but I havent recieved any of my purchased items because paypal has my payments to the sellers on hold, it makes me look bad, i hope i dont get negative feedback
