A comment on the problem "Sandy is not responding when I reply to Daily Digest" in I want Sandy:
I had this problem on one day in particular, seems to be working since then. Sandy made no reply whatsoever. I was top-replying to the email. Perhaps there was something malformed in my email - I'm not sure. Rael, I could forward you the email that was getting lost if that helps.
Thanks,

Chuck reported a problem in I want Sandy on July 15, 2008 15:32:
Sandy is not responding when I reply to Daily DigestUsually I reply to my Daily Digest with my updates. However yesterday when I replied with a typical email like:
Update #1 @done
Update #2 8/1
Update #3 @waiting-on
Sandy appears not to have processed the email. She did not confirm any of my changes by email and none of the changes are reflected in the todo items online.
When I send a message to Sandy with other reminders, she responds just fine.-

Chuck asked a question in Goplan on April 29, 2008 20:25:
How do permissions work in GoPlan? How do permissions work in GoPlan? I don't see any screenshots that address the granularity of the permissions system, and I didn't see any permissions settings in the demo. This is a critical consideration for our use of the software.
