Cicatrize's dashboard

I submitted my app, Shp Finance, last week and waited almost 3 days for it to show up, but it never did, so I deleted the pending freeware and re-initiated it on the 11/2 for the new version. I still don't see it on 11/4, and I thought it was only up to 24 hours wait.
