I placed an order for the queen bed converter rails. Much to my dismay, my queen mattress was too large to fit between the brackets on the frame. I called customer service and they forwarded my call to Ron, in the service department. I placed the call about 3 or 4 days before Christmas and when I requested larger brackets, the man laughed and asked if I wanted them before Christmas! I couldn't imagine anyone expecting instant service and explained that I was simply glad he was listening to my request and that he would consider it. He said he would see what he could do and took my address down.

Believe it or not, on Christmas eve, two larger brackets came in the mail!
It was truly something that could not go without saying a big THANK YOU! It is because of people like Ron that you will be able to stay in business. If I need anything that I can find on your website, it will be the first place I go to shop!
