There should be a way to have an event with different times on different days. Like 6pm on Friday and then 10am on Saturday. Like for a conference, which is one event but has different things going on at different times. But we don't want to have people have to sign up for each day separately.

I have an event that runs from Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. When it shows on the event it shows that it runs from Monday at 9:30 am till Wednesday at 11:00 am. I want it to show the times for each day...not look like it goes overnight.
Right now, I know I can enter this information into the description, but that means I have to enter extra stuff...plus, people don't always read it. Besides, it make my calendar look like it is a retreat or something like that.

Cindy Streett shared an idea in ACS Technologies on November 24, 2009 19:03:
On session stats report, show the person who checked in the childOn the sessions statistics report there is the option to include parents names, which is great, but we also need to have a way to get the person that actually checked the child in. There are grandparents that check the children in just about every Sunday but the children are not on their family record, they are however on the other relations tab.
Thanks.

Cindy Streett replied on November 24, 2009 18:57 to the idea "Checkpoint stats reports need to show the actual names of visitors, include visitors in summary counts in attendance, and show who checked them in" in ACS Technologies:
After posting Checkpoint Sessions why do the "One Time Visitors" not show up in the attendance summary count? That would be most helpful to us in tracking our true numbers of enrolled versus visitor children to our Children's Ministry. Thanks!

We want the Session Statistics Report to have both the Visitors and New Members listed at the bottom of the report.

Cindy Streett replied on November 23, 2009 17:04 to the idea "Update Access ACS User's email address when their email address in their record is updated" in ACS Technologies:
Actually, I believe when a user first logs in, Access ACS searches through all the email addresses for that user and if ANY of the email addresses match, then it allows them to log in. Thus, it isn't necessarily the email address that is marked "preferred" (although since that is the email address they used, you could theoretically say they preferred that one!). At least, Access ACS used to work this way...I am thinking this has not changed.
So, it would be possible to be logging in with an email address that is not the one that is marked preferred in your ACS database.
I'm thinking, a better way might be when they change their preferred email address, to pop up a box asking them if they also want the new email address to be the one they use when they log in. Sort of a hybrid of your suggestion Jason. Change the last part of your confirmation loop to give them a YES/NO option rather than making them contact the admin.
