I think that means you need to call T-Mobile's customer service and have them unblock the short code. I have Sprint and that's what I had to do. Now I'm realizing that that's the only short code that was unblocked. I tried to enter a local radio contest and got nothing back so I guess I have to call Sprint again and see if they'll unlock the rest of the codes. Hopefully I don't have to specify all the codes I want unblocked.

I had the same problem for about six months. I chatted with Sprint Customer Service about two weeks ago and asked them to unblock the twitter short code and voila!!! Verification!!!

I have the same problem. However I couldn't get google to work. I can send updates to Facebook and MySpace though. It's very aggravating. I sent a request to twitter and never got a response. Then they sent me an email and said they were going to file my request under fixed since they hadn't heard anything in over a month. =0

I have Sprint also and can't get my phone to verify. Someone said they had to call Sprint and get their short codes turned on. However I can send updates to Facebook and MySpace so that can't be the problem. It's just twitter. =( – cinel, on September 07, 2009 04:02
