Andy marked one of jessi's replies in reQall as useful. jessi replied to the question "Multiple Emails?".
Andy replied on November 13, 2009 14:37 to the question "Multiple Emails?" in reQall:
They just sent the request to the wrong email address, I have 8. I signed up with one of my personal emails and a business associate is pinging me on a different email. It'd be nice to associate multiple email address with the same account so anyone of my different associates that I get to use ReQall can email any of my listed addresses. Currently I don't see a way to merge the request that was sent to a different address to my account.
Andy asked a question in reQall on November 13, 2009 13:40:
Multiple Emails? When someone shares something with me to a different email address how to I pull that into my account?
Andy set one of Andy's replies as an official response to "What delivery options are available? Does it cost?" in The Secret Chocolatier
Andy replied on November 11, 2009 15:09 to the question "What delivery options are available? Does it cost?" in The Secret Chocolatier:
For local delivery we currently utilize this formula:
* Within 4 miles of our center, being roughly Hwy 51/16 (Providence rd.), delivery is free. (you can also meet us)
* Metro Deliveries: within 485 or less than 10 miles from our center, delivery is $5
* Outside of 10 miles or 485 there is a .80c/mile charge end-to-end.
Certain delicate products like cakes will incur a handling charge for the delivery as they require us to take more precautions and possibly have more staff on hand to deliver the goods.
You can also request a delivery during one of our markets for no cost.
This is all subject to change based on current economic/gas factors.
Andy set one of Andy's replies as an official response to "I just received your chocolates, how should I care for them?" in The Secret Chocolatier
Andy replied on November 11, 2009 15:01 to the question "I just received your chocolates, how should I care for them?" in The Secret Chocolatier:
Our chocolates definitely like to stay cool. Refrigeration will give them the longest life. We do not add stabilizers or preservatives and they should be enjoyed sooner than later. That being said if the chocolate shell is intact it acts as an oxygen barrier thus slowing their age.
For enjoying truffles you might enjoy them one of two ways. Straight out of the cold when the ganache is still firm and let it warm in your mouth. Or let the truffle come to room temperature and enjoy a very very creamy center. Our family is divided on which way is right, but I like it creamy!

Andy set one of Andy's replies as an official response to "What are your retail / wholesale options?" in The Secret Chocolatier
Andy replied on August 19, 2009 19:09 to the question "What are your retail / wholesale options?" in The Secret Chocolatier:
We love to be in retail establishments. We think our artisanal chocolates can only help if you have a tasty audience in wait.
To get a wholesale discount you need to order from us at least once a month at this time. This may change in the future but it's a simple approach for now.
On top of our wholesale discount you are also able to stack a volume discount. Please inquire for our current numbers.
Andy set one of Andy's replies as an official response to "Ordering Help! Can I pick up your items?" in The Secret Chocolatier
Andy replied on August 19, 2009 19:06 to the question "Ordering Help! Can I pick up your items?" in The Secret Chocolatier:
First, by all means yes. The easiest option we give is to order online or over the phone and pick up at any of our market locations throughout the week.
The next option we offer is a shared-pickup where as you can meet us somewhere around the Providence/51 area and pick up your chocolate for usually no additional charge.
For other deliveries we usually require a minimum order of $40 and a $5 delivery charge. If we're delivering a cake the cost will be a little higher for us taking on the responsibility.
