I was about to submit some feedback on a search feature too. I want to be able to search upcoming events by keywords. This will also help prevent duplicate events from being posted.

Can view comment activity on hidden events

I can see people commenting on events that I don't have permission to view. Meaning I'll see "SoAndSo commented on 'Party Time'" but when I click to see what it is, it says I don't have permission to view it. Is this intended this way? I would rather not see the activity on an event that I can't see, rather than see everyone talking about some mystery event that's making me jealous.
