Browser presentation of Twitter Home has turned funky
Going to twitter.com, browser no longer shows my background with the Twitter info in a nice box, but shows all links over to one side, colored box has the links that used to appear on right, but way down on the page. Display is all whacked out on IE, FF, and Chrome! Any see/solve such an issue?

I've had a lot of success simply BLOCKING the spammer from following. If enough people Block that user, Twitter usually will shut down their account. Once you've blocked them, you won't see their spam anymore in any case!
