I appreciate your help, but see my most recent attemt below to follow your instructions. Well, now I am beginning to think I am just stupid. I clicked on the first link you gave me in the email. That took me to the reset password screen, you said "with that done" so I took that to mean that I was to reset my password yet again, so I did.

So then you say visit the second link in the email, I did, but that link just takes me to the login screen and when I tried to login it will not accept the password. I am back at the same place (pulling my hair out)

What did I do wrong? I really am trying!!!!

Can you please help me. I go thru the "reset password" and I never get an email. I send emails to help@iwantsandy.com, but I never get an answer. I have checked my spam filter and nothing. I sure would appreciate some help.

I just tried but yet again I recieve no email with my password and there is notihing in my spam fileter

I have checked my spam filter nothing. Was excited to use but just doesn't work and the help doesn't exist. Posted here, sent email days ago, nothing!!!

Same here. I'm new to Sandy. Site shows GREAT promise....... but only if it works!!!!

I can't receive an email with my password even!!!! This thing sucks. Have posted for help, sent message to Help@. It just doesn't work

Same problem here: send email but account is never activated. I too am using google apps... pattern here?
