I followed up and called Paypal. The Agent I talked to said almost all new sellers have to go through pretty much the same thing --- Somehow I doubt that---He said once I submit the info they would make their "decision" in 24-48 hours.
What "DECISION" I am not appying for anything new that I know of. I told him I have gotten mortgages with less info. No answer for that either. Now I received an email saying they paired my info with my account and would have a DECISION on my APPEAL in 3 to 5 business days. I still want to know what "high risk activity " was attached.
What did I do that has me Appealing for my account? I will never recommend paypal again. I had been doing it for every sale in which the buyer did not have an account , Sorry people, I hope PP does not do the same thing to you! I wrote Ashley as suggested above we will see if she can shed some light on this for me. CK-

This includes my photo ID, bank info, social security , utility bill, proof of shipping on items sold ( My printer broke so I took items to P.O. instead of using PP shipping) proof of inventory, invoices etc. I have been using Paypal for the last 7 years. Why would I suddenly have to reconfirm EVERYTHING!!! CK
Help I don't have individual invoices for the 15 transactions they are asking about. I buy from everywhere-- flea markets-auctions-and anywhere else I find what I'm selling.The only receipts I have (and they are few) are cash receipts indicating that cash was collected.
