If you've set up Twinkle with your Twitter account info, all your Twitter activity should show up in Twinkle automatically

Right now there's a bug: when a download fails, the failed download sticks around and prevents you from re-downloading the song. We're working on making sure this doesn't happen in future.

The problem with submitting *any* song is a legal one, rather than a technical one. Copyright doesn't allow it.

In the case of Tappers' Idol, all the music was submitting by the people who own the copyright, and have given us permission to share it you in TTR.

In Twinkle: Settings → Identity → Help. Fill in the form with your registered email address, and we'll send you a confirmation email immediately.

A comment on the idea "We need an MMS Application, done the Tapulous way..." in Tapulous:

I'm pretty sure it's not possible for anyone but Apple to write an MMS app for iPhone, not in the way that anyone would want it to work. Twinkle is as close as we're likely to get to MMS :) – Chris Clark, on July 29, 2008 06:03

For a really solid foundation (in programming in general, not specific to iPhone programming), look at Kernighan & Ritchie's "The C Programming Language."

For Mac/iPhone programming you can't go past Aaron Hillegass' "Cocoa Programming For Mac OS X" -- excellent book, although it assumes some prior experience in other languages.

We're working on TTR 1.2 right now, which fixes a bunch of problems surrounding downloaded tracks.

Before re-downloading I'd suggest rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, deleting and reinstalling TTR should fix the problem, although you'll have to re-download all your songs too :(
