Get Satisfaction is customer service where beyond just the company, people who actually use the product can help each other out. It also gives you a forum for speaking directly to the company about its products, and that conversation is recorded for the whole world to see.

Ah yes, we are working out the kinks to that for the next bugfix release.

From your home page, click "Your archive" from the left nav.


In your archive you will see a list of items you have already bought and sold. You will also see the one you just tried to purchase. From this page you can click "Complete" which will take you back to Google Checkout to complete the order or "Cancel" which will make the item live again.

Thanks for pointing out this issue on the return link... it should point to your Archive.

What co-friend does is when you sign up your account we look to see if other friends of yours on the service are also on Remarkd.

If we find a connection, we will add them as your friend on Remarkd. Of course, if you don't want us to that, leave it unchecked.
