Chris Nagele set one of Chris Nagele's replies as an official response to "API user sync" in Newsberry
Chris Nagele replied on April 18, 2009 20:47 to the question "API user sync" in Newsberry:
Hi Ricardo,
At the moment we have a very basic API, but we are working on full documentation and some updates. To activate the API, go to your Account section and User Profiles and you will see the option to enable it.
To read the current docs, go to:

Thanks,
Chris
Chris Nagele replied on April 09, 2009 04:23 to the problem "my beanstalk dashboard/URL is down." in Beanstalk:
Hi Everyone. This should be fixed now. Engine Yard, our host, let us know a few hours ago so we did not have enough time to send out an email. We did post a notice in the application header.
Also be sure to follow us on Twitter:

If you still experience problems please email us.

Since we use sub-domains, you also need to know the URL to your account. Something like:
http://account.beanstlakapp.com
If you cannot remember, email us with your company name and we can look it up.

Chris Nagele replied on March 23, 2009 14:17 to the question "How to restart server after deployment?" in Beanstalk:
Hmm, we have web-hooks for commits, but not deployments. Maybe you can have a script that watches for commits using web-hooks and if you trigger [deploy:production] if will run that command.

Chris Nagele replied on March 19, 2009 23:41 to the problem "Deploying a release is not reliably fast enough" in Beanstalk:
Hi Jamie,
We had some high load today with our deployments. While they are usually pretty fast, sometimes everyone decides to deploy at once and it backs up. We are going to add another server to handle deployments and integration tools, since the volume is steadily going up.
We're also pretty close to releasing an update that will make our deployments a bit "smarter" on the server side. We'll post an update on our blog soon.
