Yes, after leaving the splines to reticulate ;-) it eventually made it to the backing up stage. Everything seems ok.

As a follow up, I decided to take the risk and uninstall, then reinstall Mozy. That all seemed to turn out fine, but now Mozy just hangs at "Reticulating Splines". Help?

I'm on Snow Leopard, and I'm having the same issue: stuck on Reticulating Splines.

MozyHome not Contacting Servers on Snow Leopard

I'm running Mozy Home 1.4.3 on Snow Leopard. I haven't been able to back up for several days. When I launch Mozy configuration, it acts as though I'm new, asking me to log in, would I like to check for updates automatically, etc. Then it gives me a message saying it couldn't contact Mozy servers, check my network settings if I keep getting this message. My network is fine. Any ideas?

I read elsewhere that my backup may be reset to zero after uninstalling and reinstalling. Is this true? I've got about 700 gigs already backed up, which took months! I don't want to have to re-upload! Thanks for the help!
