I have another account for the marketing firm I work for. When we set it up we accidentally put the wrong email addy in. So, we set up a new email for that address and have sent several tests and the address works. However, I have tried to reset my twitter password several times so that we can get our password since we need it to change our email address (absolutely ridiculous). Now after multiple reset requests we still haven't received an email with the reset link. What's going on?
