2) The addn UI will only pop-up when "new" flag in Settings will be set... For the rest of the users... it will be business as usual - This is like the pop-up when "multiple account exist"

urls like tweetie:http://www.carnatic.com - This is short. So I do not want it shortened - option: popup to decide or no change...
