George Lunski replied on October 27, 2009 20:03 to the question "DTA IR Code for my universal remote" in Comcast:
Hello,
At this time there are no current IR codes available for Comcast DTAs. This is due to a shift in a industry standard of how a remote broadcasts its commands. The DTA remote uses the standard, XMPP. I have found no third party remotes or codes that will work with this DTA. However, a handful of customers are claiming the Logitech Harmony remotes due work. Comcast or I have not verified this. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me directly at the below email.

George Lunski replied on October 27, 2009 18:42 to the problem "mySIGN-IN not so nifty" in Comcast:
Hello,
I will be happy to assist further. This is is caused by Outlook. MS provides a resolution for the following error, 0x8004210A, here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827349
This patch may resolve the issue. However, I have seen corrupt data in Outlook cause this issue too. It would then not be resolve until that data is corrected or removed. The data in this case is a particular email(s) that is corrupted within Outlook, there is no easy way to locate this email(s). In my experience it is usually pending to be sent. I would also try the following steps too: delete anything that is pending, delete a two days before and after when this started to occur both in SmartZone and Outlook.
If you have any further questions, please email me.

Hello,
Under options in Outlook, where you entered your settings, there is an option to select 'leave message on server', select this.
Please note when you 'read' a message in Outlook it will still appear 'not read' in SmartZone.

Hello shaun,
Sounds like you have a pretty cool setup. I' Jealous :)
While we do not support or encourage the setup, I have a few ideas. You would need to locate a "IR Extender" to accomplish this. Here is Google link to the search.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=...
The very first "Sponsored Link" in color is the one I would recommend. I have not ordered personally but have read several postive reviews about the site. The link does take you to a product immediatly. I would suggest searching the site or review additional Google Results to determine what is best for your home. Here is a link to the store/product mentioned above.

Hello John,
I do not have an immediate solution for you. I was not able to find any information via Google using the supplied information. Are you able to provide me the best contact number, account phone number and service address of the customer? I will have one of our Business Class folks contact you. If they are not a customer, I will research further with our email team for suggestions and ideas.

Hello Kathryn,
At this time we do not offer a way to export your email from SmartZone.
However, you may forward the emails to yourself. This will trick Windows Mail into believe they are new emails and downloading them again. We apologize this is not the best experience and will share with our leadership.

Hello Tozer,
I have no problem using Live + SmartZone using the following settings.
1. Make your .net 'default' "From" address
2. Reply to address, your .net address
I do not have access to setting up POP currently in my paid or free versions to live.com. Per MS KB, they are removing this feature in its current state. I will base the rest on my memory.
